Our clients particularly benefit from Mag. Dr. Mario Höller-Prantner’s knowledge in the areas of national and international competition and trademark law. His work experience abroad and the specialisation on the capabilities of registering three-dimensional signs as trademarks in the course of his dissertation as well as his specialist book on trademark law form a solid basis for practicably sustained solutions. For many years, Mag. Dr. Höller-Prantner has been counselling enterprises all over Austria concerning data protection law, which also includes medium, small and individual companies. His practical approach, combining entrepreneurial thinking with data protection, is an enormous advantage for them.
His expertise in building law is especially appreciated by building companies, ranging from medium-sized to Europe-wide operating enterprises. In this technically affine field, his long-term experiences regarding dispute resolutions in and out of court, really pay off. In close cooperation with his clients, technically complex issues can be clearly presentet to the court.

Dr. Mario Höller-Prantner, born in 1981, studied law with doctorate degree at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz from 2000 bis 2005. In 2004 he completed a part of his studies at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a research assistant at the civil rights institute of Johannes Kepler University Linz.
In 2006 he continued is legal career as a trainee lawyer at Prof. Haslinger & Partner.
After passing his bar exam “very successfully” in 2009, Dr. Höller-Prantner began his activities as a lawyer and partner in 2011.
