Mag. Laurenz LETTNER

Associate attorney at law at Prof. Haslinger & Partner

Expert for Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Housing Law as well as Family and Divorce Law.

Civil and civil procedural law form the central focus of Mag. Laurenz Lettner’s professional practice. From filing a lawsuit to pursuing legal remedies and enforcing judgments, he supports clients through all stages of proceedings — always with the aim of consistently and efficiently asserting their interests. Already as a trainee lawyer, he gained extensive litigation experience before civil courts in all Austrian provinces, acquiring a deep understanding of the practice of Austrian civil courts.

In consumer law, Mag. Lettner has experience from both perspectives: he has advised companies on the legally compliant structuring of their business relationships with consumers and has also represented consumers in enforcing their claims. In mass proceedings and the coordinated bundling of similar claims, he combines procedural expertise with efficient and structured case work.

In real estate and tenancy law, Mag. Lettner combines practical advisory experience with a strong academic foundation: as a student assistant and project team member at the Institute for European Law, International Law and Comparative Law at the University of Vienna, he engaged extensively with the field of real estate and housing law. This academic background directly informs our casework, enabling thoughtful and well-informed counsel in tenancy, condominium, and real estate law matters.

In divorce and family law matters, he supports his clients in often emotionally challenging situations with calm, solution-oriented advice. In addition to amicable divorces and the division of marital assets, he also represents clients in contentious proceedings as well as in matters relating to maintenance and custody.

Positions at renowned law firms in Vienna further deepened his expertise in public business law and provided insight into the structures and requirements of complex commercial law mandates. This broad training forms the foundation for a versatile and substantive advisory practice.
